Football: City championship games drew crowd of 4,678 [Updated]

Last week's City Section Division I and II championship games at East Los Angeles College drew a crowd of 4,678.

That's not a good turnout. Whether it was the rain, live television or the teams, the City Section needs to figure out how to get more people out, because gate attendance helps fund programs.

San Fernando probably attracted more fans than any of the four teams participating, and that was for the Division II game.
