Football: Charles Bell gets his second TD for San Fernando

A wide-open Charles Bell made a perfect target for quarterback Cristian Solano. The two hooked up for their second touchdown of the day, this time from 47 yards, and San Fernando has taken a 28-7 lead over Canoga Park with 28 seconds left before halftime.
