Football: Charity combine set for Saturday in Pasadena

Former Bishop Amat quarterback Chris Rix is holding the Chris Rix Christmas Combine on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Pasadena Maranatha High.

Players at all positions from youth (7 to 13), high school and college can participate in a day of competitive testing, skill and speed training.

The combine is free for those who bring a new unopened toy or Christmas gift valued between $25 and $40.
