An allegation has been made against unbeaten Vista Murrieta that it has used an ineligible player, but Southern Section spokesman Thom Simmons said Friday, ‘There isn’t any credible evidence to support such a claim.’

Vista Murrieta Coach Coley Candaele said the school presented information supporting the transfer student’s eligibilty. The Southern Section will continue to look into the matter if there’s additional information.
