Football: LB Poly defeats Bishop Amat, 40-25
The final horn has sounded and host Long Beach Poly has defeated Bishop Amat, 40-25, at Veterans Memorial Stadium.
The Jackrabbits rolled up over 450 yards rushing and will travel to second-seeded Mission Viejo in the quarterfinals of the Pac-5 Division playoffs next week.
