Just as the Western Division playoffs begin, unbeaten Lompoc (10-0) is starting to feel good about the health of running back Lavon Coleman, who missed six games with a thigh bruise.

Last week, Coleman had 112 yards rushing and ran back a punt 72 yards for a touchdown.

If all goes as expected, Lompoc is on course to face Gardena Serra in the semifinals and West Hills Chaminade in the finals.
