What’s Sarah Baxter of Simi Valley going to do for an encore in her senior year next season?

On Thursday, she set another course and meet record at the Marmonte League championship at Agoura, winning in 16 minutes, 37 seconds.

Baxter set a course record at the Mt. SAC championships last month, running 16:00.

She’s heavily favored to win a third consecutive state championship on Nov. 24 in Fresno.
