Boys' basketball: It's time to practice taking a charging foul [Video]
Charging drills are as much a part of a basketball practice these days as shooting free throws.
To be good at taking a charging foul, which is when a player commits an offensive foul running into an opponent, you need to be a good actor and also get your body in front of the player.
At West Hills Chaminade, taking charges is an important part of Coach Todd Wolfson's matchup zone defense, so the players need plenty of practice.
You can tell by the video above the players are learning to take charges at a dizzying rate.
