Football: The Kanoff-Hooks passing combo leads Harvard-Westlake

Quarterback Chad Kanoff and receiver Clinton Hooks connected on four touchdown passes on Friday night in Harvard-Westlake’s 41-35 Mission League win over St. Francis.

Kanoff finished 35 of 48 for 398 yards and six touchdown passes. Hooks caught 12 passes for 148 yards.

Harvard-Westlake (6-1, 2-0) has won six consecutive games since a season opening loss to Loyola. Next up is a showdown game with Chaminade at home.
