Football: San Fernando improves to 6-0

San Fernando continues to roll through the Valley Mission League. The Tigers are 6-0 after a 54-6 win over Panorama.

Cristian Solano completed 11 of 13 passes for 248 yards and three touchdowns. He also rushed for 53 yards and scored one touchdown.

San Fernando will face its toughest test yet next week in a nonleague game against View Park Prep.

In a key West Valley League game, Isaiah Hastings rushed for 159 yards in Birmingham's 29-14 win over Taft.
