Football: Receiver Daniel Khan boosts Notre Dame offense

October 29, 2012 |  8:34 am

While Sherman Oaks Notre Dame has been known offensively for the running of speedy tailback Khalfani Muhammad, the Knights have developed a solid passing attack behind quarterback Kelly Hilinski, who has passed for 1,555 yards with 17 touchdowns and only two interceptions.

Helping boost Hilinski has been sure-handed junior receiver Daniel Khan, who has caught five touchdown passes and made some tough catches this season.

Notre Dame is 6-3 overall and 2-1 in the Serra League going into its game on Friday at Bishop Amat.
