Lompoc (5-0) continues to prosper, holding a 25-game win streak going into its Friday game against Templeton. It’s the longest win streak in the state and made even more impressive in that the Braves will probably be without standout running back Lavon Coleman (thigh bruise) for the third consecutive game.

Lompoc is in the same division with Gardena Serra and Chaminade, so the Braves will be a big obstacle ahead once the Western Division playoffs begin.
