Football: It's almost time for Crenshaw-Dorsey

I've made it to Rancho Cienega Park for one of the best rivalry games in the City Section: Crenshaw vs. Dorsey. The two schools are 2.6 miles apart.

And I got here by taking the Expo Line, starting in North Hollywood on the subway, then taking the train, where it stops right in front of Jackie Robinson Stadium. It took 56 minutes. What a deal wth gas prices at $4.47 a gallon.

This place is going to be packed, noisy and full of excitement.
