Football: Crespi hopes JB Blackwell can play this week

A shoulder injury to talented receiver JB Blackwell of Encino Crespi last week against Sherman Oaks Notre Dame knocked him out of the game and hurt the Celts, but Coach Jon Mack said Monday he expects Blackwell to play on Friday in a key Serra League game against Bishop Amat.
