Football: Crenshaw, Venice continue league domination

Crenshaw (6-1, 2-0) and Venice (5-2, 2-0) continued their domination on Friday in the Coliseum and Western leagues, respectively.

Crenshaw cruised to a 42-8 victory over Locke. Mossi Johnson scored two touchdowns on runs of 43 and 15 yards. Max Lyons had a touchdown on defense.

The win sets up a Coliseum League showdown against neighborhood rival Dorsey next Friday at Jackie Robinson Stadium.

Venice defeated Hamilton, 55-0. Alijah Lee scored three touchdowns. Alexander Diamont threw two touchdowns. Defensive end Dayrian Clark picked off a screen pass and scored a touchdown.
