Football: Brian Barnes is no longer coach at Tesoro

With one game left in its season, Tesoro has ousted Brian Barnes as football coach, according to OCVarsity.com

Tesoro (6-3) will have assistant John Hall run the program for a final game against Chula Vista.

Barnes is at least the third coach this month removed in the middle of the season. St. Paul and Alhambra also replaced its coaches.

Barnes has been Tesoro’s coach since 2007. He is the son of Los Alamitos Coach John Barnes.
