Football: Bellflower wins overtime game against Norwalk

October 14, 2012 |  8:44 am

The Crespi-Notre Dame game wasn't the only dramatic finish on Friday night.

Bellflower upset Norwalk in the Suburban League, 45-44, in overtime when quarterback Swain Williams threw a six-yard touchdown pass to Andrew Gose to tie the game, and Diego Sanchez added the extra point to win.

Sanchez kicked a 42-yard field goal with seven seconds left in regulation to send the game in overtime.

Norwalk was ranked No. 3 in the Southeast Division.
