Football: St. John Bosco is impressive in 45-0 win over Loyola

Don't count out Bellflower St. John Bosco (4-0) from winning the Trinity League this season.

The Braves took care of Serra League foe Los Angeles Loyola, 45-0, on Friday night. The defense allowed just three first downs, two on penalties. Sophomore quarterback Josh Rosen completed 11 of 16 passes for 239 yards and two touchdowns with two interceptions.

Elijah Lopez returned a fumble 70 yards for a touchdown. Arlandis Hinton had a 12-yard touchdown reception. Shay Fields had a 46-yard touchdown reception. Jaleel Wadood, Darren Walker and AJ Holman each had touchdown runs.
