Football: No more double wing at North Hollywood

North Hollywood started the season with a double-wing formation on offense, but the Huskies (1-2) have abandoned the double wing after assistant coach Scott Faer left the program.

Faer, the former Sun Valley Poly head coach, was brought in to teach the double wing. Messages left for Faer and Coach Doug Bledsoe have not been returned.

North Hollywood defeated Burbank Burroughs, 19-14, last week, and the Huskies play in the East Valley League, which means they have a chance to win every game except for Arleta.
