Football: Johnny Stanton has knee surgery

Santa Margarita quarterback Johnny Stanton had surgery on Friday for a torn ACL. He said on his Twitter feed, ‘Surgery was a success.’

He also thanked Tim Tebow for sending him a ‘get well card.’
