Football: Valencia finishes last in eating burritos

They had a Burrito Bowl for schools in the Foothill League earlier this month, and Valencia High finished last.

Quarterback Sean Murphy was speechless when asked for his reaction on Wednesday at a football media day. Coach Larry Muir didn't seem too upset.

Athletic Director Brian Stiman offered an excuse: "People in Valencia use a fork and knife," he said.

Canyon Country Canyon won the contest. We'll have to see if that means the Cowboys are suddenly the favorite to win the Foothill League.
