Football: Texas high school is putting up $750,000 Jumbotron

August 17, 2012 |  2:44 pm

Everything seems to be done bigger in Texas, so it's no surprise that the Carthage High School Bulldogs will unveil next week a $750,000 Jumbotron for its football stadium.

It's 50-feet tall and 58-feet wide. And it takes eight people to operate.

Don't mess with Texas, as someone once said.
