Football: City Section deciding on three key St. Bernard transfers

Perhaps the three best players transferring from St. Bernard _ receiver Josh Hill, defensive back Devonte Singleton and lineman Daniel Gates _ will soon learn if they can play for their new teams on Thursday.

The City Section finally has the paper work on all three. Hill and Gates are at Dorsey. Singleton is at Crenshaw.

They will boost both teams if they are granted immediate eligibility. St. Bernard dropped its varsity football program.
