It’s not easy being a football coach in the City Section. There have been budget cutbacks, furlough days and paid positions have been reduced from six to four.

But Paul Knox of Dorsey, Robert Garrett of Crenshaw and Mike Walsh of San Pedro keep coming back year after year.
