Baseball: Capistrano Valley wins American Legion state title

Mission Viejo Capistrano Valley dominated the American Legion Junior "B" tournament in Yountville to win the championship.

Capistrano Valley defeated Deer Valley, 12-0, in five innings in the final, with Daniel Harris throwing the shutout. Capistrano Valley outscored its competition, 37-3, in four games.
