California Coaches Assn. selects spring award winners

The California Coaches Association has selected its spring coaches of the year from the Southern Section. The winners will be submitted as finalists for state coaches of the year in June of 2013.

The winners:

Baseball: John Knott, Bonita. Boys' golf: Jared Boyatt, Great Oak. Boys' swimming: Damien Andrews, Temescal Canyon. Girls' swimming: Matt Slevcove, Esperanza. Softball: Rick Robinson, Norco. Boys' tennis: Travis Kikugawa, Viewpoint. Boys' track and field: James Brown, Arroyo Grande. Girls' track and field: Roger Evans, Simi Valley. Boys' volleyball: Michael Boehle, Loyola.
