Baseball: Matt Dominguez, Rob Rasmussen are traded
Former Southern California products Matt Dominguez (Chatsworth) and Rob Rasmussen (Pasadena Poly, UCLA) are being traded by the Miami Marlins to the Houston Astros for Carlos Lee, according to the Miami Herald.
Dominguez, a third baseman, was the Marlins' first-round pick in 2007. Rasmussen was a standout pitcher for UCLA.
