Volleyball: Cesar Medina is City Section athlete to watch

Cesar Medina of L.A. Jordan didn't play football, basketball or baseball, but he ranks as one of the best athletes this past season in the City Section.

He was Jordan's standout volleyball player, leading the team to the City Section Division II championship.
