Golf: Granite Bay wins state team championship

Granite Bay won the CIF golf state championship on Wednesday at San Gabriel Country Club. Santa Margarita placed fifth.

Austin Smotherman from Del Oro shot a 4-under 67 to win the individual championship by a stroke over Santa Margarita's Beau Hossler Jr. Santa Margarita's Andrew Levitt was one shot back at 68 with Foothill's Nick Galletti.
