Football: QB Troy Williams commits to Washington

Quarterback Troy Williams, the City Section player of the year from Harbor City Narbonne, announced on Friday that he has committed to Washington.

Williams passed for 3,247 yards and 34 touchdowns as a junior. He also rushed for 587 and 11 touchdowns. His ability to run and pass has intrigued college recruiters.
