It’s going to be a long but intriguing Saturday at Dana Hills High, where 16 schools will be competing in what could be the best seven-on-seven passing tournament of the summer.

Action begins at 8:30 a.m. and concludes with a championship game at 5 p.m.

Santa Margarita, with 10 returning starters on offense and expected to be the Southland’s preseason No. 1 team, is going to get some competition from Alemany, Oaks Christian, Tesoro, Mission Viejo, Upland, El Toro and Edison, among others.

Narbonne is entered, and its outstanding quarterback, Troy Williams, is scheduled to announce his college choice on Friday. Washington and Arizona are the finalists.
