Boys’ basketball: Hart-Compton in championship game of Watts Summer Games

Newhall Hart will play Compton in the gold finals of the Watts Summer Games at noon on Saturday at Cal State Dominguez Hills.
Hart, led by sophomore guard Myles Franklin, was the big surprise of last weekend’s tournament, knocking off Westchester, Riverside North and Alemany.
In the silver finals at 10 a.m., University will play Huntington Park.
