Baseball: El Camino Real takes 1-0 lead

An RBI single by Mason Novak in the first inning has given El Camino Real a 1-0 victory over Chatsworth in the City Section Division I final at Dodger Stadium.

Chris Nicholson led off the inning with a single, stole second and moved to third on a ground out.

Update: El Camino Real increases its lead to 3-0 with two runs in the second inning. A balk against pitcher Jason Karkenny pushed across one run and Justin Russell contributed an RBI double.
