Baseball: Bonita takes 1-0 lead over Alhambra

An RBI single by Thomas Castro has given Bonita a 1-0 lead over Alhambra after one inning of the Southern Section Division 3 championship game at Dodger Stadium.

An error and a passed ball helped put Justin Row in position to score on Castro's single.

Senior Justin Garza (11-1) is pitching for Bonita against sophomore Marco Briones (9-0).

Update: An RBI single by Briones in the second tied the game, 1-1.
