Baseball: Bonita opens 5-1 lead over Alhambra

Bonita has scored four runs in the third inning to take a 4-1 lead over Alhambra in the Southern Section Division 3 final.
Key to the inning was a squeeze bunt by Justin Garza. Two runs scored after pitcher Marco Briones was charged with an error when his throw to first got away, allowing Justin Row to score all the way from second.
Tyler Heslop added an RBI single in the inning for a third run and a fourth came home on an infield single by Nolan Henley and a throwing error by shortstop Jeremy Duran. Alhambra has made three errors in three innings.
