Softball: El Camino Real increases lead over Carson

El Camino is two innings away from its 14th City Section championship. 

In the top of the fifth inning, McKenna Arriola reached on an infield single for El Camino Real's first hit. After a strikeout and a walk, Arriola stole second and scored on Dayna DeBlasi's two-out single to center, increasing the Conquistadores' lead to 3-0 over Carson.

El Camino Real pitcher Karyn Wright retired the Colts in order in the bottom of the fifth.
