Softball: Carson and ECR ready for finals rematch

For the second consecutive season, Carson and Woodland Hills El Camino Real will meet for the Los Angeles City Section championship. Last spring, Carson capitalized on six Conquistadores errors to win 6-3 at Cal State Northridge.

Today’s matchup at UCLA’s Easton Stadium will feature El Camino Real senior pitcher Karyn Wright against Colts senior shortstop Darian Tautalafua, who needs one home run to break the all-time state career record. The teams are warming up and the game will begin shortly.

Senior Brittany Moeai will start in the circle for Carson. Check back for scoring updates.
