Football: Upland wins passing tournament

Upland gave every indication it’s going to be one of the top summer passing tournament teams after winning the Los Osos tournament on Saturday.

Quarterback Nate Romine, a returning starter, led the Highlanders.

Upland is playing in the Dana Hills tournament on June 9.
