There are lots of transfers in prep basketball and now the college level is getting its share of transfers.

Among ex-local players, former Thousand Oaks standout Alex Tiffen is leaving UC Davis for Sacramento State.

Former Etiwanda standout Perris Blackwell is going from San Francisco to Washington.

Former Ocean View standout Avery Johnson is going from San Francisco to UC Davis.

And former Taft standout Michael Williams is going from San Francisco to Cal State Fullerton.
