Beverly Hills athletes to face random drug testing

The Beverly Hills Board of Education has given approval to start a program of random drug testing of Beverly Hills High athletes beginning in August.

The Beverly Hills Courier reported that a first failed test would result in a certified letter being sent to the home of the student's parent.

Cost will be $55 per student.
