It took five seconds for me to look at the Southern Section Division 1 pairings before saying, "Wow."

The opening game between Newbury Park and Long Beach Wilson on Friday should match Newbury Park's Luke Eubank, who has thrown three no-hitters, against Wilson's Chase DeJong, a possible first-round draft pick. Game is at Newbury Park.
