Baseball: City Section Division I semifinals could be moved to Wednesday

The City Section Division I semifinals next week will be moved from Thursday to Wednesday at USC if El Camino Real wins its quarterfinal game on Friday against Verdugo Hills, because El Camino Real has graduation ceremonies on Thursday.

If El Camino Real wins, it would play on Wednesday at 6 p.m. against Kennedy or San Pedro, with San Fernando playing Chatsworth at 3 p.m.

If El Camino Real loses on Friday, the semifinals will be played on Thursday at USC.

El Camino Real is already in the City softball finals next Wednesday at 4:30 p.m. at UCLA.
