Football: Narbonne schedules five Southern Section opponents

Entering the 2012 season as the City Section Division I title favorite and a threat to make a bowl game, Harbor City Narbonne has scheduled five Southern Section opponents for nonleague games.
The Gauchos will start their season with a road game at Palos Verdes, followed by home games against Long Beach Poly and Lakewood, a road game against Gardena Serra and a home game against Santa Ana Mater Dei.
That’s quite a challenge for Narbonne, but with quarterback Troy Williams leading the way, the Gauchos have a shot to do quite well.
