Baseball: Phil Bickford continues dominant pitching

Junior Phil Bickford of Oaks Christian continues to dominate on the mound. He improved to 5-0 with a one-hitter in the Lions' 7-0 victory over Oak Park. He struck out nine.

Another outstanding pitcher is James Kaprielian of Irvine Beckman. He struck out nine and allowed two hits in an 8-0 victory over Corona del Mar. He's 5-1 with a 1.20 ERA.

Garrett Brown went three for five with three RBIs.
