Junior pitcher Chris Castellanos of Long Beach Poly did something Tuesday night that few thought might be possible.

Last week, he threw a perfect game to defeat Long Beach Wilson and ace pitcher Chase DeJong, 1-0.

On Tuesday, he threw a complete game to defeat Lakewood and ace pitcher Shane Watson, 3-2.

Beating DeJong and Watson in back to back games is a remarkable accomplishment, considering both are USC signees and expected to be high draft choices.

Castellanos escaped a bases loaded jam in the bottom of the seventh to help Poly improve to 19-4 and 7-1 in the Moore League.
