One of the largest swim meets in Southern California gets started on Tuesday with the annual Millikan Relays that will be held over a two-week period at Mission Viejo Capistrano Valley because of repairs taking place at Belmont Plaza in Long Beach.

Formerly known as the CIF Relays, the meet has grown to some 3,000 athletes participating. Boys’ finals will take place Saturday from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
