Boys' basketball: La Costa Canyon advances
In the battle of San Diego teams, La Costa Canyon defeated Lincoln, 47-43, in the Division II Southern California Regional.
Matt Shrigley made two free throws with 22 seconds left and David Travers made two free throws with 6.9 seconds left to clinch the victory. Tyrell Robinson had 20 points for Lincoln.
