Baseball: Phil Bickford commits to Cal State Fullerton

Phil Bickford, an improving 6-foot-4 junior pitcher at Oaks Christian, has committed to Cal State Fullerton.

Bickford struck out 15 last weekend against Long Beach Wilson.
