What a start for La Verne Bonita, which improved to 12-1 with a 3-1 victory over Pasadena La Salle. Alec Garcia improved to 2-0 on the mound.

West Ranch defeated Rocklin, 3-2, in the Lions tournament. JC Cloney threw the complete game.

Loyola defeated Peninsula, 2-1, on a seventh-inning squeeze by Quinn Brodey.

Oaks Christian received a three-run double from Harrison Hoff in a 10-2 win over Torrance. Jack Kruger had three RBIs.

Bishop Amat defeated La Mirada, 12-1. Dominick Smith had and Reggie Southall each had three hits in Gardena Serra’s 8-4 win over Burbank. Wilson defeated Van Nuys, 7-6.
