Football: Receiver Francis Owusu is picking up offers
The scholarship offers keep piling up for Oaks Christian junior receiver Francis Owusu. Coach Bill Redell said UCLA is the latest ready to make an offer, joining Stanford, Oregon State, Vanderbilt and Wisconsin.
